I am a portuguese male senior architect, divorced, with 32 years of professional practice in architecture, urban design and interior design in different fields, from coordination projects designer tourban planner, from residential buildings to hotels and touristic resorts and buildings, working also as Senior Architect/Project Manager in different government departments and architecture offices, and also with a relevant practice as coordinator and project manager of other project teams, by sharing specialist knowledge and experience in the work with multi-disciplined teams, environment with architects and other engineering disciplines and formal .builders in some real estate companies, that use to build some special buildings, golf courses and residential units in Portugal, and specially in the touristic area of Algarve.
I have been working with reputed clients as “Wakeman,Trowers & Partners” from UK, “GIAD” from UK, “SPIMM” from France, “Tec-Tur Architects” from German/Portugal, “SEPPALA Developers” from Finland.
Also can say that I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a client-centered focus, the ability to multi-task, a team player mentality, an outgoing personality and a strong commitment to delivering world class service.
I can speak fluently Portuguese, English and French, and also have knowledge, speaking and reading ability of Spanish and Italian.
I am strongly interested in some new challenges and projects, the freedom to design new forms and try innovative buildings ideas, and be the active part of a team working in the best architecture we can do in the world, so as a curious and studious of the Asian cultures, especially Chinese culture and development, I am willing to move to live and work in the site, especially Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen.
I have been in China for already 24 times, one two months each time, most of them always with stays in Beijing and Shanghai, but also in other places like Hong Kong, Macau, Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Wujin, Pouku, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Xi´an, and some other small cities, so I know the country and culture more or less well and have some good friends there also.
I have a visa for 1 year stay, valid now till November 2013 and can renew it very easy, doing the number of visas I already had.
