JRS Architects is a small (10 person) design firm in its 25th year. Although we consider ourselves generalists, our primary markets are public institutions and adaptive reuse/historic preservation. We are design, community and sustainability focused. Our studio is located in historic Clipper Mill in Baltimore City.
