Design pursuit for New Orleans Pumphouse, Designed exterior façade, greenway, and repurposed area. This $700 million (no cap) proposed of a masterplan to enhance the existing site and better utilze the land. Design phase maintained continuity and operation between all structures and sites while minalizing visual impact with surrounding communitiees.
