“PEI Team understands the development of a collective
sustainable housing proposal as an opportunity to
test a real alternative of social housing. The Cultural
Machine, as we call our house, aims to be a proposal
that includes a lot of elements that can benefit people
in vulnerable situations. This project is intended
for people who need a decent space to live, but their
economic, social and cultural situation doesn’t allow
them to have it.”
