A remodel of a condominium designed by acclaimed Arizona Architect Al Beadle in 1962.  Beadle, a master of the late modern period, designed the units of this multi-family property between public and private gardens, inviting the outdoors in.  The overall guiding principle was to honor rather than restore the home, reducing the structure to its base architectural elements and then adding new components to thoughtfully modernize the space.
