A little about me

Hello!

My name is Jon Lopez, and I am an architect, designer and above all a dreamer.

I have 24 years. I was born in Bilbao, but have been living in Zaragoza since I started. Passionate sports and travel, I consider myself a very sociable and restless person, which loves a challenge, learn something new every day and above all enjoy life.

Friend of my friends do at all times what I think I have to do, and I'm decided for the important things and indecisive for the irrelevant.

Architect

At 18 years, life gave me the opportunity to leave my house to go to study abroad. San Sebastian took me six years where I met amazing people, enjoyed the smell of the sea, and in the process learned something of architecture.

In the midst of such waves, in 2010 took the Ryanair flight Zaragoza - Rome to enjoy the Erasmus Scholarship at l'Università degli Studi Roma Tre, experience advise even my worst enemy, and that allowed me to learn about other cultures, other countries and, above all other people, other ways of living, both in Spain and outside our country.

On the other hand, I've spent college summers working for Francisco Gomez Construction Group, for which I am currently undertaking the redesign of their logo, their website and their marketing plan, among other things. A chance to meet the profession of Architect from within, and an experience in which I learned things I could not learn in a lifetime in college.

In November of 2012 I graduated with my Master Thesis "Chacolí Interpretation Centre" and recently hung the title six years of effort in the room as happy entitled.

Designer

After completing my training as an architect, I considered the possibility of completing my training knowledge indirectly related to my studies, but fully complementary: design and advertising.

I found what I wanted in my own city, and I have recently finished a Masters in Marketing, Advertising and Design, specializing in design and 3D animation.

I have always been passionate about advertising, design, and everything that has to do with creativity and the ability to give birth to something new, whether physical or virtual. The architecture covering the first need (physical reality), and the design I opened the door to the second (virtual reality). Being an infinite world, in which each building, design, or poster is never finished, it is something you eat and what you can not stop thinking.

There is nothing more frustrating than having an idea and not have the tools necessary to play or express, and I perceived that architecture is one of those fields where it is essential to have tools to communicate your ideas and concepts. Now, with my knowledge of design and advertising, I'm a little closer to dispose of them.

Dreamer

From now, I can only dream, enjoy what you have learned so far and what I have left to learn, and try to add my two cents to these worlds that I so passionate about such as architecture and design.
