Conceived and initiated an infrastructure for storing, delivering, installing and removing furniture and staging items in over 60 properties. Oversaw acquisition of inventory to furnish over 15 homes. Designed brochures, Power Point presentations and marketed to real estate professionals in the Los Angeles region. Through efficient, responsive service insured profitable result for clients - the properties sold quickly and for top dollar.
