Studio project lead by Andy Tinucci investigating Montessori method and incorporating its principles into a dense urban fabric at the intersection of a major diagonal street in the heart of Chicago. The youngest students rise from subterranean classrooms through staggered floor levels that allow students to see what different age groups are doing within the building. Finally, once the students reach the highest part of the building looking out towards downtown chicago they graduate and become part of it in a collegiate institution.
