Collective Housing

The intervention site is currently abandoned and people use it as a space to throw garbage, which has made it dangerous. Many families do not have a home or employment in this sector There is a low density which causes activities to spread out. The idea of the project is to generate homes that offer a diversity of services to people, taking into account the natural environment, creating different experiences with nature, underground homes, homes above ground level, shops and existing buildings. the proposed urban morphology is harmoniously integrated into the context. The houses are proposed considering the different ways of living. Some people need space to work, making furniture, repairing bikes, making clothes, and more. Commercial and cultivation activities are also incorporated into the project to make it self-sufficient. The proposed structure and different ways of intervention allows the users to interact creating a  friendly and safe neighborhood.
