Nestled on Williams Island, Williams Island 3000 is a high end residential tower. While working with Capital Contractor Services I proposed a design for the main lobby, inner lobby, lower lobby, party room, library, and conference room. Sticking with the elegance of the existing building I brought the space into the present by updating all finishes and recreating the layout with some space planning to make the space more usable.
