  • Is a team player and strong communicator who will work closely with both leadership, staff, clients and communities.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and small studio setting.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing scope of work, project schedules, and work plans, including oversight of budget, deliverables, and staffing needs.
  • Coordinating the efforts of project team members, clients, consultants, contractors, communities and agency officials, including scheduling and leading internal and external meetings.
  • Serving as a primary client and consultant point-of-contact, managing client relationships and expectations, and ensuring fulfillment of all contractual requirements for professional services.
  • Client communication, project correspondence, meeting minutes, progress reports, general administration, and project billing.
  • Production and coordination of presentations and documents, in collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure design integrity and visual consistency.
  • Coordinate with firm leadership in resource planning, including staff/labor allocation, across multiple projects.
  • General office administration responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 8 years of professional experience in architecture, landscape architecture, planning and/or engineering.
  • Experience managing projects and teams.
  • Experience working on public sector projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
  • Comfortable with basic accounting and invoicing.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional license (RA, RLA, CE, AICP, etc)
  • Construction administration experience
