Andmore Partners is an award-winning architectural design studio that specializes in architecture, interior design, master planning, urban planning, and real estate development.

We are looking for a candidate to work within a team on projects through all phases of the design process from concept design through construction. Applicants should have the ability to translate design concepts into reality as integral members of a project team. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated, flexible, and cooperative problem solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. We are currently working on a 23-acre meditation campus in Lake Elsinore, over 100 units of multi-family housing in Central Los Angeles, a mixed-use and townhouse in La Crescenta, a 200-room hotel in Indiana, and a mixed-use project in Highland Park.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review architectural design RFPs (Requests-for-Proposals) from prospective clients for large-scale architecture projects
  • Draft proposals and supporting documents based on the requirements of the company including graphics standards 
  • Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted proposals
  • Develop marketing materials to support business development activities
  • Prepare and submit awards submissions for projects
  • Participate in strategy and planning
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, and other stakeholders
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective clients while providing recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English/Literature, Architecture/Lighting Design/Interior Design or a related area
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in a marketing position, with an AEC firm a bonus
  • Excellent knowledge of RFPs/proposals or grant-writing is ideal
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Strong research copy writing, and organizational skills and knowledge of information sources
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days in remote)
