LEVER Architecture is mid-sized practice recognized for design excellence and innovative work with mass timber construction. Based in Portland, Oregon and Los Angeles, California the firm collaborates with communities and institutions to design buildings that elevate human experience and foreground social and climate justice.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead the preparation of marketing materials with a specific emphasis on proposals and qualifications packages. In this role, you will independently manage proposal production with an emphasis on strategy, writing, and consultant coordination. Together with the Marketing Principal and other senior leaders, you will contribute to cultural, civic, higher education, and affordable housing pursuits.
Beyond marketing and proposal work, there is an opportunity for a motivated individual to work on special projects that align with their professional interests and growth. Examples may include client research and business development in a specific market sector; or if you are interested in communications, there are opportunities to produce special events, videos, or publications. This is a full-time position based in our Portland office. Relocation stipends may be available for new employees moving to Oregon.
