We are seeking talented architectural designers to join an established and awarded small architectural firm located in Manhattan. Get involved, hands-on, in the design and production of challenging assignments on public buildings and educational facilities. Join forces with us, grow your capabilities, and work your way up to a position in office leadership.

 Your responsibilities:

•  Participate, collaborate, and expand your experience in the design and production of multiple projects at all design and project administration phases.
•  Participate in project administration, site meetings, observe and document progress and quality of construction work.
• Use your personal and graphic skills to communicate ideas to in-house staff, consultants, and clients.

 You must:

• Have 2-5 years USA professional experience.
• Be interested in assuming and taking on responsibilities.
• Be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Have knowledge of NYC codes and zoning.
• Be Autocad proficient and computer literate. 3D skills are a definite plus.
• Possess exemplary verbal and writing skills.
• Have experience in design, detailing and construction administration.
• Be a US citizen or be permitted to work in the USA
