MCMAHON-BAEK ARCHITECTURE is looking for qualified candidates to join our team providing experienced  and insightful consultation to amazing projects around the United States and the world.  Qualified candidates will have at minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in both the design and construction industries and will provide oversight, analysis, and documentation of ongoing construction projects.

Work will be done on site at construction projects and based out of our new Manhattan office. Current projects may require travel to:

• Aspen, Colorado
• Austin, Texas
• Easthampton, NY
• Greenwich, CT
• Los Cabos, Mexico
• Miami, FL

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented team member with excellent communication skills and detailed experience with architecture, design, engineering and construction to join our team to assist on all aspects of our representation work.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated ability to understand documentation related to construction projects, project management, and the ability to accurately and comprehensively track, document, and analyze the progress of work.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Experience in, or the ability to learn Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and Adobe Suite is considered essential.
• Ability to work independently and self-monitor progress in order to meet expectations
• US work authorization required
• Prior work in both architecture and construction fields is highly desirable

Salary is competitive and based on experience and skill level.
