A Santa Barbara-based architectural firm specializing in high-end residential design is seeking a full-time Project Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the principal architect, possessing the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced team environment. They should excel at articulating processes, directions, and solutions while managing project details. Our firm is committed to delivering a top-tier client experience and inspiring design, all while promoting a positive work-life balance. This position requires on-site presence and is not remote.

Requirements: 

• Project Designer: 2+ years of experience 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 
• Proficiency in Revit/ AutoCAD (REQUIRED) 
• Experience in a variety of projects and with all phases of design and construction. 
• Strong design and graphic skills 
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Excel
• Proficiency in Adobe software 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.  
• Professional appearance and work ethic 
• Familiarity with California permitting process. 
• Some travel involved.
