WA+D is an Architectural firm seeking a highly motivated, dynamic  Architect with 6-8 years of experience to join our Santa Barbara studio, full-time. Experience in custom residential & luxury retail is a plus. Our collaborative office environment offers great growth potential for motivated individuals who are looking to advance their careers. Our work is exciting and diverse ongoing projects including an innovative bluff top Public Golf Clubhouse in Santa Barbara,  High-end retail throughout the US from Chicago to Waikiki along with Contemporary and  Residential work throughout California.

WA+D offers a highly creative, collaborative studio atmosphere. We are an office of self-motivated designers that are engaged in creating solutions. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture;
• 6-8 minimum years of relevant architecture experience; 
• Experience in all phases of design process, from concept to construction;
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency
• 3d modeling and rendering is a plus
• Professional Registration is a plus
