This position will be working on the organization and administrative aspects of our varied projects. We are an in-house design department for a family Estate working on portions of their private and commercial holdings. Our split between residential and commercial projects is approximately 70-30. 

Job Requirements:

  • Obtain price quotes and product specs from vendors.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely and appropriate handling of purchases, returns, and deliveries, while upholding the quality of products.
  • Maintain clear records and receipts of ordered items for expense reporting.
  • Complete expense reports monthly.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required.
  • Will need to be in-office on a daily basis, and to be open to occasional workdays at a Long Island property.


  • Capable of coordinating with multiple vendors and maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Able to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of office experience required.
