The Architectural Visualization Specialist will work closely with our Architectural Design, Interior Design and Marketing departments to assist with planning, designing and visualization of numerous projects across the office.  This role will focus on highly detailed renderings to ensure that all ideas are represented as accurately and align with Workshop/APD standards. We are looking for an architectural renderer who has strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and 3d models of all types and formats
• Ability to interpret hand drawings, sketches and diagrams.
• Create photo-realistic and stylistic renderings of both interior and exterior scenes.
• Create advanced technical diagrams of 3d assemblies.
• Assists in the development of project presentations through all phases of design.
• Work with teams to create client facing VR and AR designs and spaces
• Presenting and explaining visuals to internal teams.
• Ensure regular quality assurance by reviewing deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work with teams to educate and disseminate latest technologies.

 Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-8 Years experience in advanced rendering techniques
• Bachelors design strongly preferred.
• Expert level proficiency in 3Ds Max, Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Enscape, Vray and Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premier, After Effects, and other video production software strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of virtual reality environments, Meta Quest hardware, the Wild software, and other workflows strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with managing workflows and collaborating in a team environment.
• Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a keen attention to detail and a consensus-builder drive with senior-level management.
• Experience in luxury architectural work a plus.
