4 - 6 years of multifamily experience using Revit preferred
Bachelor of Architecture of BA in Architecture preferred
Working knowledge of Construction Type I, III, and V preferred
Strong understanding of IBC and CBC preferred
Strong understanding of construction document preferred
Strong understanding consultant drawings and systems preferred
Excellent organization skills
Goal-oriented, sense of ownership, willingness to learn and have fun
