While maintaining a small highly interactive team structure, HPA has designed millions of square feet of industrial facilities. Concentrating in design for the workplace, HPA has created pre-eminent Biotech, food processing, electronics, and hazardous materials facilities for developers and corporations throughout the Country.

HPA is seeking to add a Job Captain for our Irvine office located in Irvine, California. We are looking for experienced professionals who can work closely with team members to achieve project goals. HPA has earned it’s reputation for producing high quality designs in fast time frames through the efforts of self motivated professionals 

organized in highly effective teams. We are service oriented and conscientious of our clients interests. 

 Responsibilities

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update clients or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

 Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is essential 
• 3 to 5 years experience with commercial and industrial projects
• Experience with tilt-up construction preferred
• Bachelor or Masters of Architecture required
