We are looking to hire a motivated Junior Designer with experience in housing & residential projects. Applicants should have strong organizational and project management skills to plan & coordinate all phases of architectural practice from feasibility to construction administration.


  • Ability to work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and agencies to meet overall project objectives
  • Understanding of local codes and ability to ensure compliance 
  • Highly motivated; excellent written, verbal, and graphic capabilities; collaborative, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in a small firm culture
  • Self-disciplined and confident
  • Currently located in Los Angeles

Education and Work Experience

  • Professional degree in Architecture required
  • 2-5 years of work experience in residential, commercial, multifamily/mixed-use projects
  • Knowledge of technical detailing and construction documentation
  • Working knowledge of ArchiCAD and/or other BIM software, or a committed interest to learn and master it
