Architecture X Design is a fast-growing studio based in New York. Our firm specializes in transportation projects with an expertise in airports. We are a collaborative and team-oriented studio looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

About the Role

As an Intermediate Architect, you will be working with internal and external teams on completing construction documentation and coordination for your project. You are comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic hybrid work environment and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in architecture
• Experience in airports, interior architecture, food service or Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) projects are a plus.
• Must possess strong visualization, design and technical skills
• Excels at multitasking, strong leadership skills and management skills
• Experience in Construction Documentation production is a must
• Ability to coordinate and communicative effectively with consultants
• CA coordination experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of building systems and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all project related tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, complete sets of drawings for complex projects.
• Working experience in Revit, Bluebeam and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S without visa restrictions and must reside in the NYC Metropolitan Area.
