DXA studio (http://www.dxastudio.com) is looking for the following candidates:

• Senior Architect with project management experience (8+ years experience)

Candidates for this position should have the following qualifications:

• Strong expertise in construction administration, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelors or Masters of Architecture  
• Strong design, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred) AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Rhino
• Project management experience
• Experience with client management
• Team leadership skills
• Complete knowledge of drawing set documentation from SD through CD
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction document detailing
• Experience with building code and zoning review
• Experience with NYC DoB approval process
• Must be available to work in New York City immediately
