Levine Architects has an opening for a Senior Managing Project Architect. We are seeking an architect to design and manage multiple projects. There is a potential for future growth, increased responsibility, and ownership within the company.

About the job: For over 19 years, our office structure has been a dispersed network of employees who work remotely from their own home offices in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Most of our staff architects have been with our firm long term.

Ideally, you are a licensed architect with a work permit for the US and a minimum of 10 years of experience who will handle, in order of preferred priority:

• High quality, creative design concepts
• Quality and budget control/scheduling
• Client contact
• Staff supervision
• Consultant coordination
• Code analysis
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel
• Permit expediting and Construction administration
• Sketching, and digital rendering
• Marketing and Business development
