To be successfully shortlisted for this job role, the candidate must have:

* Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture
* Minimum of 6 years of experience

Key attributes:

* Advanced knowledge of high-end residential FF&E
* Advanced sketching and rendering skills
* Applied knowledge of:

* AutoCAD
* MS Suite
* Adobe CS

* Applied knowledge of:

* Architectural detailing
* Construction documentation
* Building codes

* Advanced Project Manager software experience- e.g. Studio Designer
* Highly organized, self-motivated and great time management

Role responsibilities:

* Working with Design Principal to develop designs and produce proposals for clients
* Managing Designer and assisting team
* Multiple project management
* Reviewing and redlining technical documentation using AutoCAD
* FF&E package sourcing and selection
* Review FF&E presentations for client sign off
* Budget management
* Client facing
* Liaise with contractors and vendors
* Managing project install including scheduling and tracking project tasks
