Qualifications

• Accredited degree in architecture
• 0-2 years of professional experience in high-end residential projects with an emphasis on Construction Document production and coordination.
• Passion for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal skills. Fluency in English and valid long-term work status in the United States
• Advanced visual and graphic skills
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite
• Ability to research, interpret, and apply code requirements to residential projects.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the project team in the development of the design and production, organization, coordination, thoroughness, and accuracy of the virtual building model and all documents in the drawing set
• Communicate and coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors, and agency officials
• Work with the project team to produce presentation materials for client and agency presentations
• Apply design evaluations during Construction Document and Construction Administration phases
• Research materials, products, and systems
• Share experiences and lessons learned to increase the firm’s common knowledge
• Work closely with design principles
• Solve problems on site, working with existing field conditions
• This position reports directly to senior level team members.
