Othr Space Interiors is a Latinx, women owned interior design studio based in LA, with a satellite office in Oakland.  Our most recent furniture design work can be found on SightUnseen, and Design Milk. We are excited to be growing a small but mighty Bay Area team of designers who share our collective desire to create thoughtful, innovative designs for projects we care about.

We specialize in interior design of all scales for individuals and creative brands—often with clients who have unique visions and are interested in custom fabrication. We love to include as much bespoke art/furniture/design as we can when working with clients in both commercial or residential settings.  Collaborating with, and supporting local makers is at the core of what we do.

We’ve got a few exciting projects in the line up, and are looking for the next key player in our integrated design team: a Part-Time Senior Interior Designer/ Project Manager. Our ideal candidate is a kind, well-rounded designer who is a powerhouse in both interior design and project management.  This person should be comfortable independently managing & leading small to medium sized projects and executing a cohesive design vision throughout. Licensure is not a must, but our projects do require a high level of creative ability, good drawing (hand and digital), strong prior experience with managing other designers, top-notch organization, furniture knowledge, and modeling/rendering skills as a plus. We’re lucky enough to have some great clients, so this person should also be an open, effective communicator who can facilitate an enjoyable and collaborative process.

If this is you, please reach out and consider bringing your talents to our team!
