Guy Nordenson and Associates seeks a well-organized, meticulous and motivated individual for a full-time position as financial manager and office coordinator. A well-suited candidate will be communicative, punctual, organized, and be able to work well individually and collaboratively to expediently manage multiple, ongoing tasks that are both short- and long-term. Financial manager duties include: monitor office expenses; work with CEO and bookkeeper to process accounts payable, received payments, expenses and payroll in Deltek Vision; work with CEO and HR Manager to manage payroll. Office coordinator duties include: answer phones, distribute mail; manage vendor relationships; manage office supplies; process new and departing employees; coordinate employee health benefits and immigrations petitions; coordinate office space maintenance with building management as required; maintain office digital and hard-copy files; manage office calendar; assist with staff business travel arrangements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree; 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position (preferably a design firm, but not a requirement); excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Deltek Vision a plus; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus; ability to perform consistent work on PC in both and office and remote work setting.
