Studio PCH is currently seeking a candidate for our Project Manager role with 3-5 years of experience. 

The Project Manager can be a licensed professional and oversees the operations of a given project where a Project Architect might report to them regarding the progress of the design and technical development of the project.  Proximity to Los Angeles required. 

Position Description:

  • Overseeing and leading internal project teams. Capable of prioritizing own work efforts within the team, providing mentoring and guidance. 

  • Close coordination with the Principal.

  • Produce and review construction documentation in AutoCAD


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience with hospitality design

  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD

  • Being a registered architect (not a requirement)

  • Understanding of contracts and the financial nature of architectural work

  • Understand the documentation and production of instruments of service

  • Construction administration experience

  • Coordination skills: consultants, schedule, construction administration, etc.

  • QA/QC

  • Leadership and mentorship of staff and internal project team

  • Depth of knowledge in commercial interiors and construction technology

  • Knowledgeable of  building materials and standard construction details

  • Strong organizational skills and able to multitask.

  • Must have a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have demonstrated project management and leadership

  • Strong verbal and communication skills

  • Fast learner and self-motivated

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
