Studio MM is a downtown Manhattan + Hudson Valley based architecture firm that specializes in client-focused contemporary RESIDENTIAL design. We pride ourselves on working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, both with our clients and within our office.

Most of our current projects are custom high-end homes outside of NYC. We offer the exciting opportunity to create dream homes/weekend residences in the Hudson Valley and Catskills areas of “Upstate” NY for primarily NYC-based clients.

We are a small group of creatives that enjoys collaborating in a fun and energetic studio environment and are looking for someone who is genuinely excited to join our studio. We value hard work and commitment and are seeking highly motivated architectural staff members at a range of experience levels to join our team, including: 

  - Project Architect with 5+ years of experience in residential architecture. This position offers terrific opportunities for long-term growth, working directly with the principal and other members of the studio during all stages of design.  

  • Able to manage a project from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, including organizing drawing sets and coordinating consultants.
  • Able to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can work efficiently and independently.
  • Able to assist senior architectural staff in duties related to design of projects.
  • Willing and able to take on tasks as needed to assist marketing staff. 
  • Must be a team player with “no job is too small” mentality. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign required.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can work efficiently and independently.

- Junior Architect with 1+ years of experience in residential architecture. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable design, construction, client-related experience and direct exposure to all aspects of residential projects. There will be an opportunity to transition into the role of project management if the candidate meets the necessary requirements of skills and initiative.
