EZ Plans, a fast growing, innovative, residential architecture firm based
in Woodland Hills seeks a motivated, energetic licensed architect to
manage and lead a small team of junior architects along with our
Design Director. We offer an informal, collaborative office environment

We are seeking a talented Production Manger to lead and guide our team through all phases of project delivery. The position entails overseeing the entire practice including the management of multiple projects, managing schedules, project budgets and quality production standards. It also includes mentoring and oversight of junior staff along side the Design Director.

The candidate shall possess the following skills and experience:

• CA LICENSED ARCHITECT IS REQUIRED. 
• BACHELOR OR MASTERS DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE.
• MINIMUM 8 YEARS IN TYPE V RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS IN SINGLE FAMILY, AND MULTI FAMILY. 
• ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND SCHEDULE WORK WITH MULTIPLE DEADLINES.
• EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENTIRE PROCESS FROM SCHEMATIC THROUGH TO CITY APPROVALS. 
• EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF PLANNING AND BUILDING CODES, REVIEWS, VARIANCES AND ENTITLEMENTS.
• EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF CITY PROCESSES WITH STRATEGY TO REDUCE TIME FRAMES.
• EXPERIENCE IN THE EFFICIENT PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
• PROFICIENT IN AUTOCAD , PHOTOSHOP, SKETCH UP, BLUEBEAM AND EXCEL.
• EXPERIENCE IN LEADING, MANAGING AND MOTIVATING A TEAM.
• EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS

This full time position will support the company’s efficient delivery of architecture services with a strong focus on quality control and customer service.

Salary is to be based upon experience and a sign up bonus is offered.
