Intermediate Architect – Residential Projects

Diller Scofidio + Renfro is an interdisciplinary design studio that integrates architecture, the visual arts, and the performing arts. Based in New York City, Diller Scofidio + Renfro is led by three partners who work collaboratively with a staff of 100 architects, artists and administrators.

Diller Scofidio + Renfro is seeking an experienced intermediate architect with significant high-end residential experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to details, and a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independently are essential Candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Professional Degree, Master’s preferred
  • 5 -10 years of experience in architectural practice
  • Examples of the documentation and administration of construction for build high-end residential projects
  • Strong design sensibility
  • Experience in designing, planning, managing and coordinating  large in-house and consultant team,  developing detail and material approaches, producing contract documents, meeting with the client, coordinating consultants, and administering construction.
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
  • Proficiency in Revit a MUST
  • Licensed preferred but not required
