The main office in Los Angeles is home to 21 architects and designers while the New York office in Tribeca has a small but critical team of 2.

About the position: The successful candidate should have a resume of experience on significant design projects at multiple scales and typologies and be comfortable researching and developing project specific material assemblies and detailing. A strong generalist is needed as all aspects of practice will be encountered in the NY office, including client communications, collaboration with the West Coast design studio, and coordination with NYC consultant teams on projects ranging from furniture, interiors and landscape installations. 


  • Produce and oversee technical documentation in Revit that aligns with design intent and complies with all project and code requirements
  • Manage internal project teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Principal and project managers
  • Coordinate with external consultant teams and communicate directly with clients
  • Assist with project management duties related to project scheduling, budget, and staffing

Qualifications: Candidates who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

  • M.Arch + 8 years professional experience, or B.Arch + 10 years professional experience
  • Highly proficient with Revit
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively with clients and consultants. Leadership skills are a must.
  • Fluent English language skills; speaking and writing
  • Proven experience working on complex projects
  • Excellent design sensibility and familiarity with construction techniques
  • Legal authorization to work in the US
  • Ability to travel multiple times per year between the New York and Los Angeles studios
