Job Overview and Requirements

Based in Center City, Coscia Moos Architecture (CMA) provides architectural design, interior design and planning across a broad range of project types, serving clients throughout the United States. Founded by principals with over forty years of experience in both large and small firms, CMA combines professional integrity with the collaborative ingenuity of a tight-knit team. As a Project Manager in CMA’s healthcare division, you will have consistency in projects and, more importantly, new challenges as you take on a variety of clients. We offer a highly creative learning environment while maintaining a culture distinguished by collaboration, professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

Driven by a dedication to excellence in both design and client relations, CMA is seeking a Project Manager who will be focusing on the roll-out of ambulatory care and primary care facilities across the US. You will be working under the direction of a Sr. Project Manager (PM) to handle our growing healthcare portfolio.  The ideal candidate has a good design sense, a solid technical knowledge base specific to healthcare work, effective project organization skills and an intelligent client management approach. In addition to typical client management tasks described below, this position requires hands on management of a team in design, research and execution of documents.

CMA was created to support the pursuit of design and service, and as such demands a professional dedication from its employees.  It was also created with a vision to support a work/life balance. We believe that through creative thinking and effective client management, we can achieve both of these goals.
