As part of a small office, you will have the opportunity to work on and learn about multiple aspects of our projects, with responsibilities for more junior levels that include drafting, modeling, design explorations, assistance with design development, assistance in generating documentation (schematic, design development, permit, construction documents, etc.), physical and computer model making, and miscellaneous contributions to the project such as developing client presentations, product research and procurement, collaborating with, assisting and learning from the team to develop skills, assuming responsibilities and ideally ultimately becoming a part of the leadership long term.  More experienced team members will have more autonomy and more design, production and management responsibilities. We are seeking team members with excellent design, communication, interpersonal and graphic skills. Our team consists of talented, intelligent, resourceful, creative, positive, tenacious, detail oriented, thorough and self-starting individuals, and we look for the same in this position.

  • M. Arch degree preferred, B. Arch recipients with production experience encouraged to apply
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Abode Creative Suite and Microsoft Office experience required, high skill level and efficiency in AutoCAD, competent modeling and rendering skills, preferably in SketchUp and by hand
  • Construction document experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize workload, often working on multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to work and complete tasks with minimal supervision, while also being able to judge when to seek guidance  
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
