Great opportunity at a small downtown Los Angeles architectural practice for a capable, motivated colleague to assist in all phases of design, documentation, and administration.  We’re looking for smart, sensible candidates with a solid design sense and a real interest in best-practice construction and detailing. 

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, or cultural projects, and meet the following qualifications:

· BArch or March degree

· Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency

· Construction Documents and/or Construction Administration experience

· Strong graphic & rendering skills

· Licensed or in process

· Experience with California and City of LA codes and permitting process a plus
