BECKER & FRONDORF is hiring Owner's Representatives Project Managers! 

Becker & Frondorf provides Owner's Representative services to help companies who do not have the in-house resources to manage design and construction projects. We serve as our clients' advocate daily basis, monitoring project activity, so they can focus on their core daily responsibilities.  More importantly, we apply our market experience to help clients make strategic decisions to minimize risk and maximize the value of each dollar spent. 

We pride in the diverse and unique projects ranging from $1 million to $75 million.  We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team of Owner’s Representatives to help lead these dynamic and exciting projects. 

Job Description

Our Project Managers are in constant communications with architects, and other design professionals, vendors, and contractors. We review key developments in the course of the project, vet issues, and bring recommendations to our clients for decisions. One of our main focuses is on establishing and managing our clients’ budgets. We prepare early budget forecasts and then monitor costs throughout the project. We develop a master project schedule and are responsible for executing the project. 


For this position, the ideal candidate will have between three to five years of work experience in any of the following: architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, real estate development, or a related field. This position is ideal for architects who want to explore a different career path.

Skills Required

Candidates must have an understanding of design and construction and be comfortable reading construction drawings. Candidates are expected to manage teams of professional consultants, contractors, and third-party vendors required to design and construct projects.

While Becker & Frondorf trains our staff to understand the unique role of the Owner’s Representatives, candidates must have a range of other skills.  They must have exceptional organization skills and a strong attention to detail.  They must be proactive and capable of taking independent initiative.  They must have strong communication skills, and be comfortable with leading a collaborative process. They must have strong writing skills and be familiar with Excel. Most importantly—strong client skills are a must.

The position may require some travel.

Becker & Frondorf will not pay costs associated with the relocation to Philadelphia.
