Position Overview: ShubinDonaldson is seeking a motivated mid-level Designer/Architect with 3+ years of experience for a full-time position in our studio in Orange County - Irvine, CA. 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is required

·         3 - 8 years of experience in publication-quality commercial and residential projects

·         Experience with developing construction documents and performing construction administration is required

·         Proficiency with Revit and Enscape is required

·         3D modeling skills in SketchUp, Rhino, and 3DS Max are preferred

·         Strong graphic, organization, and communication skills are essential

·         Apply architectural principles and procedures in performing architecture design and drafting needed

·         Compile project data and research

·         Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within a project team is desirable

·         Proficiency in conceptual design and design presentation is an advantage
