Seeking a Project Associate with a passion for design who is excited about working in the heart of Uptown Oakland. Someone who finds working collaboratively invigorating that can also work well independently. If you have exceptional communication skills, are organized and are excited by the opportunity to design communities of enduring value, send KTGY your qualifications!

Additional Qualifications:

  • 0 – 2 Years of Experience
  • Architectural degree | 4 – Year Bachelors, or Masters
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to research and learn various codes and ordinances
  • Ability to engage with leaders and clients on the team.
  • Proficiency with the following software:
    • AutoCad
    • Sketchup
    • Adobe Suite
      • InDesign & Photoshop
