We have a job opening for Project Assistant/Project Coordinator for projects located at Los Angeles International Airport. This full time position will be located at our Project management Office on the south side of LAX.



  • Assist with Project Principal and Director with daily organizational and communication tasks.
  • Assist with the organization and structure of document control protocols.
  • Coordinating with team members to compile project related information
  • Edit technical content under the direction of technical team members for a variety of construction documentation.
  • Prepare reports using InDesign software.
  • Construction product and material research.
  • Coordinate and manage printing and distribution processes.
  • Assist with processing RFI’s and submittals during construction phases.
  • Develop spreadsheets and maintain databases under the direction of team members, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with a variety of construction administration duties including distributing meetings minutes, managing punch lists, processing submittals and request for information, posting plans and specifications, communication and assistance related to project scheduling, etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Architecture or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of specifications and contract administration procedures desired.
  • Solid technical proficiency of the following MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • In-depth knowledge of using Microsoft Word Styles is needed.
  • Experience with Blue Beam and Revit preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient technical skills as you work with our team to compose clear and accurate routine and non-routine correspondence.
