Role: Working with Leadership

  • Create, develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans across MVE’s offices/market sectors on all platforms  
  • Oversee all phases from strategy development, to briefing, activation, optimization and performance reporting; analyze performance and make recommendations for future campaigns based on the results
  • Write, create and execute RFPs and SOQs and manage the entire process under tight deadlines
  • Establish comprehensive subject matter expertise our various market sectors
  • Drive execution while focusing on delivering results that build business and expand into new markets
  • Foster innovation through continuous improvement, problem solving and anticipatory planning
  • Establish and ensure brand standards are met and style guidelines are followed; manage overall brand standards and lead the effort of any re-branding (incld collateral material)
  • Lead all areas of creative development, content generation and production, across all media; photography included
  • Preparation of weekly marketing activity reports
  • Performs other business tasks or functions as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in a professional office / agency
  • Proficiency with layouts and graphics; creative and original design aesthetic is a must!
  • Skills in photography a HUGE plus
  • Experience working within the AEC Industry highly preferred
  • Thorough understanding of integrated marketing disciplines: advertising, direct response, sales promotion, public relations, digital and event marketing
  • Strong oral, written, and verbal skills in the English language are required
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • Proficiency using InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook)
  • Expertise in Social Media Management including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience using CRM systems (i.e. ACT!, Deltek Vision, etc.)
