As a member of the management team, the Controller reports to the Senior Principal and has primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company, Selldorf Architects, LLC, and the separately owned company, Vica, LLC.

Financial duties include reporting and processing payroll through payroll service, monitor all banking activities, record and deposit client payments, performing all accounts payable functions, work with outside accountants regarding monthly and annual tax filings and payments, preparation of profit performance for incentive bonus program and managing personal finances for the Principal. The Controller oversees administration of the 401K Plan, conduct exit interviews with terminating employees and the office Director, presents COBRA Continuation Options and monitors COBRA Continuation payments and eligibility terms.

On a monthly basis the Controller and Managing Partner meet with all Project Managers for review financial performance on all projects.  Annually, the Controller prepares a company budget for the following year for review with the Principal. Degree in accounting desirable, working knowledge of Deltek Vision program required.
