What We’re Looking For :

Who is capable of both Architectural & Interior design 

General Qualification :

  • M.Arch or B.Arch min.
  • Excellent English Fluency, organizational communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
  • Proficiency in AutoCad, Rhino, Adobe suite, MS office, V-ray, etc. 
  • Self-starting, motivated, intellectual, smart, active, and confident (but not too confident) people. 
  • Academic portfolio, professional portfolio, work sample drawings that you were involved, and minimum (2) references to be provided.

0 - 4 yrs Qualification :

  • You are a drafting / modeling / rendering master. 
  • You can do intellectual research, digest, and adopt quickly. 
  • You can put construction drawings of what you picture.
  • You get things done in a very competitive manner.

4+ yrs Qualification :

  • Min legit 3 years of experience on NYC projects in all phases from schematic design, DOB filing through construction administration
  • Experience with technical detailing along with the capability of researching facade, materials, interior fixtures, and appliances, etc. and filing out architectural schedules.
  • Capable of managing a group of architects/designers, leading client communication and design progress.
  • Capable of managing contractors.
