My name is James Matthew, and I would love to be your next Job Captain

Originally, I went to school for Interior Design but after a few years doing design I found myself working for an Architectural Firm, which lead me down the path of Architecture. Since then, I've had successful roles as a Job Captain doing Commercial Interior and Retail work throughout the Bay Area. Some projects were as small pop-up shop to working on large tech campuses with multiple buildings and stakeholders. I also have several years of management experience, working in fast paced, high demand and high-pressure situations. Along with developing metrics, QC/QA protocols and staffing as a Production Manager.
