Each home is landscaped to complement the secluded rolling site with lots ranging from one to four acres, adjacent to the beautiful Blue Mountain Reservation in Cortlandt Manor. The Dartmouth model was the recipient of a The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Best in American Living (BALA) Gold Award for Best Single Family Home over 4,000 square feet nationally.
