As a renovation project, while using the original structure as much as possible, to composite according with realistic module, numerous unit studies were accomplished to find the optimum plan that suits human scale based on the Korean average physical size. 

  To restore the relationship between the people walking around in the middle of city where office buildings are densely built around the site, I suggested to express open space and elevation, along with void space used as office nature for the natural lighting to be available, resting space secured to raise work efficiency to constitute comfortable environment.
