A new city museum combined with architecture school, along with the coastline, located in Bueno Aries, Argentina. A liner sculptural form inspired by wind force, bring in the city garden and the water line into the architecture. Emerging naturally from the intersection of the pedestrian pathways within a new cultural district, as well as the building itself gradually transformed from the museum to the school.
