I am Jieun Bae. I recently received my Bachelor of Fine Art in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design. I was born in Korea and studied abroad since high school.
I believe designing meaningful architecture results from understanding the necessary process. When a collection of ideas have united, a sense of harmony is created. This is the type of architecture I aspire to create.
RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION, Ellicott City, MD, Architectural intern
- Assisted in the preparation of architectural drawings for the residential renovation project, including construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Visited the site to record existing conditions and communicated ideas and solutions through hand sketching to the customer.
- Applied knowledge of design, construction procedures, building materials to project renovation.

- Developed Ivy school uniform store design concepts under the leadership of the Principal Designer.
- Maintained library, ordered samples, and developed furniture specifications.
- Assisted in a residential house project color selection, interior spatial design, and construction document.
