+ Project: Berkshires House, Residential, 7,200 sq ft, Berkshire, MA
+ Researched zoning and building codes, maximizing the client’s real estate assets.
+ Produced Design Development (DD), Department filings, and complete Construction Documentation (CD) sets, as the primary contact for clients, ensuring project continuity.
+ Designed architectural and roof drainage plans, the building envelope, and detailed interior millwork, enhancing the design concept’s implementation across different scales.
+ Communicated with clients, structural, MEP, GFRC manufacturers, and Lighting consultants to enhance project integration.

+ Researched existing masterplan, Twin tower typology, Vertical transportation systems, aligning design efforts with urban development goals.
+ Produced the competition booklet and physical models to convey the design concept vividly.
+ Designed massing options, program strategies, architectural plans, and vertical transportation diagrams, aiding strategic project planning.
+ Communicated with design teams, facade, and structural consultants, promoting collaborative problem-solving.

+ Led a team of 4, clinching 1st Prize by managing every facet of the competition submission.
+ Researched 9-year school typology, local programs requirements, site challenges.
+ Produced competition materials including booklets, exhibition boards, and videos.
+ Designed the proposal including everything from the massing to detailed wall assemblies.
+ Communicated with Design team, Architect of Record ensuring cohesive project development.

+ Communicated with the design team and clients, earning praise for design drawings.
